Return & Exchange Policy

At Buutiey Is Naturel, each product is handcrafted with care using all-natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, **we do not accept returns or do refunds**.

**Exchanges Only (Damaged or Incorrect Items)**

We only offer **exchanges** if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, you must contact us **within 3 days of delivery** to be eligible for a replacement.

To request an exchange, please:

* Email us with your order number

* Include clear photos of the product and packaging

* Provide a brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Late Claims

Requests made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for an exchange, so we encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are **not standard** and are only issued in rare or extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.

* We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery.

* Natural variations in color, texture, or scent are normal due to the use of all-natural ingredients and are not considered defects.
