Processing Time

All orders require up to 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. This allows us to freshly prepare and package your products to maintain quality and effectiveness.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on the type of product ordered:

• Standard Products: Shipped within 3–5 business days after processing.

• Temperature-Sensitive Products: Items that require refrigeration will be shipped via overnight shipping to preserve freshness and integrity.
  

Warm Climate Shipping Adjustments

For customers located in hot states or international regions with elevated temperatures, shipping methods may be upgraded or adjusted (including expedited shipping) to prevent melting or product damage. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
